Authentic noodles with alfredo sauce with diced chicken and creamy cheese sauce. Ideal as a main course accompanied by a light entree.

  • 1 large chicken breast clean of fat
  • 50 g butter
  • 500 ml cream
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 100 g of parmesan cheese powder
  • 50 g of olive oil
  • 350 g of fettucine noodles
  • salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 1000 g of salted water for boiling the pasta
  1. Put the salted water in the mixing bowl. Set to 10 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon. Then add the fettucina and set varoma temperature, speed 1, reverse counter-clockwise operation and the minutes recommended for cooking your pasta. Drain and reserve warm.
  2. Now cut the chicken breast into small cubes, put it in a bowl and add pepper, salt and garlic powder to taste. Mix well.
  3. Pour the oil in the mixing bowl and heat it 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed spoon.
  4. Add the chicken and set to 8 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1, reverse counter-clockwise operation . Reserve it warm.
  5. Without washing the mixing bowl put the butter and set to 1 minute, temperature 90º, speed spoon.
  6. Add the cream, nutmeg and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Then set 3 minutes, temperature 100 °, speed 3 .
  7. Add the grated cheese and oregano and program 2 minutes at the same speed and temperature.
  8. We serve noodles, sauce and chicken over . Sprinkle with powdered cheese and enjoy!
