Today we will prepare a very healthy all-natural tomato juice cooked in just 1 minute. It is ideal as a starter, as a snack or as a healthy drink to replace sugary sodas. We can adapt it to children, not using the tabasco and pepper. Diabetics need only to replace the sugar by their commonly used sweetener. It is also perfect for vegetarians. We can leave it prepared in advance stored in the refrigerator to be well chilled.

Healthy all-natural tomato juice cooked in just 1 minute. It is ideal as a starter, as a snack or as a healthy drink to replace sugary sodas.
Ingredients
  • 400 g of crushed tomatoes (1 small can)
  • 100 g water
  • A little bit of salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a squeeze of lemon
  • one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (Perrins type)
  • few drops of tabasco (optional)
  • ice (if we can not prepare it in advance)
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and set to 30 seconds, speed 5.
