Original cream soup, made of cabbage and pumpking. You will be surprised by its flavours combination. Perfect for a starter in your Thanksgiving Day dinner.
- 200 g of cabbage
- 200 g of pumpking
- 1 big potatoe
- 1 leek (only the white part)
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 50 g of virgin olive oil
- salt (only at the end if necessary)

- Put all the vegetables cut into medium pieces in the mixing bowl and mix 10 seconds, speed 5.
- Scrape down sides of bowl and add oil. Set to 8 minutes, temperature varoma, speed 2.
- Add the broth and a pinch of pepper. Set to 20 minutes, temperature varoma, speed 1.
- Let the temperature decreases to 70º and mix 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a bit of water if you like this cream soup more liquid and mix again 20 seconds, speed 5.
